Metaphors

Well I would think that what would relate to life would be a mystery because you really don't know what the purpose of life is so some people are wondering what it could be until the day they die, or some people are actually making guessing and figuring what the purpose is to them of their lives. I really think this would be the best out of every choice because it's what you wonder for and once you die then your done wondering so your just wasting your life trying to figure out something that you will never no for sure.  This is what I think of this metaphor.

Blog Discussion Summary

Well we started talking about how if it wasn't for Will's father's actions many people would have been injured or even possible death if it wasn't for his dad to get as much people out of the buliding as he could. We also said that if Will and his father weren't there to help and direct people they would be lost and they would have a plan for what they should do. I was asking questions towards the other people in the group saying if they would want to know if they would want to hear if Will and his dad made it out alright or if they died in the building. We all were curious to know if they are going to make it out of the building alright and safe. One of the people in are gruop thought that they would find a way out but she knows it will fall. that's all of what happened in are discussion.

Assignment #9: If I had $100

Hello viewers. on this post im talking about how our class is doing this assignment involving ethical giving. Our teacher Ms.Crosbie has given all of us $100(not real money) and we must choose what would we decide to give the unfortunate in Africa. I have teamed up with some of my friends in my class so that we mcould have more money and we decided to get the following... two goats,a donkey,a flock of chickens, a sheep and safe drinking water. We had bought a lot of animals so that people who need help have everything they need to live and the purpose of all these things are in the following... the two goat for clothing goat, goat ilk and maybe a use for food. A donkey would help carry heavy loads and it can take those big loads a long way. The purpose of a sheep is  just really for wool. the point of having a flock of chickens is for eggs, and they're meat to eat. The obvouisly reason for safe water is giving people who desperately need clean water the chance to have clean water in the life. And me and my friends had used the full $400 that we had to spend. The following is showing the prices of what we had bought...
two goats=$116
one donkey=$120
a flock of chickens=$90
a sheep=$52
After all this work i've found out that Oxfam is a really organized website but not the cheapest. But we had just gone with all Oxfam for everything we purchased. I just think we picked Oxfam because it was really organized so we could find everything we needed to buy for the unfortunate. this is what me and my friends have done for a group for this assignment.

Assignment 6

I think the poem by Emily Dickenson is about our own opinion will change later on in the future but the truth will outlast the sun so that means the truth will always be right even after the sun dies out. I do think that this poem is true because truth will not and should not change and opinion could be wrong and could change.

The Golden Rule

The golden rule is to treat others the way you wanted to be treated. I find the message of the golden rule in many songs and T.V. programs.I think many people want to get that message out because it's important for society to learn skills to know when to stop and really be nice to each other.I like the Sikhism one beause the way it say "I am a stranger to no one;and no one is a stranger to me.indeed,I am a friend to all."I would say... you should treat others with all respect even if you dislike that person because people deserve to be treated  fairly.If everyone went by the golden rule then everything in the world would be at peace  and not war which is what some people are trying to do.We don't always work by the golden rule because when you have enemies it's not always easy to listen to what good you should be doing.I hope all the people that see my blog will use the golden rule.

Assignment 4

1. My instrument is a trumpet.
2.My instruments family is brass.
3. The trumpet has 3valves,bell,mouth piece,3 slides,spit valve,and a main turning slide.
4.The trumpet uses the treble clef.
5.The very first trumpet was made by the Egyptians which was 46cm 18cm in length it was the tomb of Tutankhamen.
6.The very first inventors were the Egytians which was made with gold.
7. The trumpet plays both low notes and also high notes such as from a D to a middle C.
8.you make a sound by putting your lips togther and make a buzzing sound with vibrations.
9.you assemble the trumpet by taking out the trumpet and put the mouth piece on gently.
10.You clean it by using this speical sterillizer and hold it in for 10 seconds and clean it off with a soft coalth.
11. The way you maintain a trumpet is you clean the mouth piece and dry it and to keep it from falling you hold it on your lap while still holding it so you don't put a dent in it.
